Jason and Carlie Miller are the heart behind Prestige Installations—and everything they do, they do with family in mind.

Together, they’ve built a life rooted in hard work, purpose, and showing up for the people who count on them. They’re raising two kids, wrangling five very vocal chihuahuas, and running a business that reflects their values every step of the way. Based in small-town Tennessee, their free time is filled with side-by-side rides, cheering from the stands at basketball games, and making the most of everyday moments as a family.

For Jason and Carlie, this business is more than a job—it’s a way to model honesty, grit, and generosity for their kids. They regularly donate their time to disaster relief efforts, step in to help when others won’t, and go the extra mile on every project, even when no one’s watching. Carlie keeps the business running with grace and grit. She’s the go-to for logistics, client communication, scheduling, and making sure everything stays on track. With 10+ years of management experience, she’s the reason things go smoothly.
